Countersunk pot magnet is just flat round base pot magnet with the countersunk hole at the both ends. We usually make the countersunk pot magnets by fix 90 deg countersunk ring NdFeB magnets into flat round steel cups, there is the same size hole in the center of the steel cup. The countersunk hole is suited for the screw to fix the countersunk pot magnets onto other objects.
Countersunk cups are neodymium magnets housed in a stainless-steel cup with a countersunk hole that goes thru the entire assembly. The countersunk feature allows the magnet to be mounted to any surface with a standard 90 deg flat head screw.To meet the needs of different holding force, we provide a wide size range, the length of the rectangle pot magnet is from 40 mm to 120mm, the thickness is 5mm. The 35 kgs is the vertical magnetic pull-force which make the magnet pull away from the 1.18'' thickness steel plate of a tester under ideal condition, it does not mean the actual weight which the magnet can lift the actual pull force will vary mainly depending on the following variables:
A: Steel thickness ( the thicker the steel is, the stronger the pull force)
B: Attracting position ( the farther beyond the center of gravity of the attracted object, the lower the pull force)C: Pulling direction ( the smaller the angle taking 90°as a standard, the stronger the pull force), the pull force in horizontal direction is only about one third of that in vertical direction)

Shipment: Magnet can be shipped by Air, Express, Truck and by sea. But it has to be shielded if by air or Express.
